## Information we process
When you create an account, we process your email address and authentication information. When you use EasyPilot, we process the notes, chat messages, people, projects, tasks, meetings, recordings or transcripts, and other content you choose to add. If you enable optional features, the app may access your contacts, calendar, microphone, speech recognition, camera, Bluetooth, and notifications with the permissions you grant. We process device notification tokens and basic settings to deliver reminders if you enable them.
## How we use information
We use information to provide your relationship workspace, organize notes and tasks, answer your requests, import selected recordings, send enabled reminders, secure the service, and respond to support requests.
## Service providers and transfers
EasyPilot uses a hosted backend. AI features send relevant request content to Anthropic Claude API. If you use Plaud import, audio and device information may be processed by Plaud and its storage/transcription providers. Push notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service.
## Storage and deletion
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. You can delete your EasyPilot account in Settings → Delete account. The app requests deletion of EasyPilot server data and removes certain local records and caches.
## Your choices
You can decline optional device permissions in iOS Settings; related features may then be unavailable. You can disable reminders in EasyPilot.
